Strata Title

Strata Title is properties that are registered within a Strata Scheme, typically being Residential Units, Townhouses or Duplexes.

When purchasing a Strata Title property, you have individual ownership of the Unit or Townhouse, being the Lot as well as shared ownership over the Common Property such as Common Areas within the complex being the driveway, the foyer and gardens. The Common Property is generally managed by a Strata Manager.
