Fee Schedule

We charge on a Fixed Fee basis, giving you the assurance of no hidden surprises at the completion of your matter.

Sale of Property

We charge $1,250.00 plus GST Professional Fees and Disbursements. Disbursements will include;

Searching fees to prepare your Contract of Sale being the prescribed documents as required by the Conveyancing for Sale of Land Regulation.

Verification of Identity to comply with AUSTRAC Regulations.

Section 47 Certificate (land tax).

The disbursements for a Contract of Sale vary on each matter depending on the number of dealings that are registered on title. We cannot confirm the exact cost until we conduct a title search of the land.

Purchase of Property

Final Title Search

Reviews of Contract

We offer up to TWO FREE reviews of Contracts & negotiations. Any review thereafter will incur a fee of $300.00 plus GST professional fees.

Standalone Transfer

We charge $600.00 plus GST and disbursements for a Transfer of Land.

Off-The-Plan Purchase

We charge $1,500.00 plus GST and disbursements. We offer the following Disbursement Packages;
